Does the vehicle inspection app work on iPhone and Android?+
Yes. Any modern phone with a camera works. We use the standard web camera API, so the same VIN barcode scan, photo capture, and inspection flow work identically on iOS and Android.
Can inspectors use it on a tablet?+
Yes. iPad, Android tablets, and Windows tablets all work. Most shops put a dedicated iPad in the bay mounted to a clipboard or tool cart.
What if the shop's Wi-Fi drops during an inspection?+
